Conventional Shaping into CNC Machine Tool Remanufacturability Assessment

Aims: Remanufacturability Index (RI) was calculated to indicate the ability of remanufacturing conventional shaping into CNC machine tool through multi-criteria assessment methodology.
 Place and Duration Study: Middle Technical University, Institute Technology-Baghdad, Mechanical Techniques School, between 2021/2022.
 Methodology: Conventional machines which are remanufactured-upgraded tools were analyzed classify a group seven remanufacturing-upgrading alternatives. Multi-criteria defined include cost, time, accuracy complex shape, reliability, processing range efficiency ergonomic. Weighting importance criteria performance alternatives conducted by applying comparative literature analysis experience mechanical structure as well performances scoring.
 Results: As many number automated axes, high is dedicated 2-axis 5-axis tool.
 Conclusion: Remanufactured-upgrading potentials that satisfy conditions technical, economic environmental feasibilities.
